About the WAM Systems Lab

The Wireless and Mobile Systems Laboratory conducts cutting edge research in computer communications for next generation  networks, including  Smart Grid, WiFi, 5G/6G, Internet of Things (IoT), and small satellites. WAM Systems Lab research applies medium access control (layer 2) and networking (layer 3) principles, Software Defined Network-based network management integrated with machine learning and graph learning, and various networking tools, such as Mininet, ns-3, and hardware test beds to solve challenges in access, security and network management for various multi-disciplinary data collection systems.
